Some blood glucose monitors require blood samples that are larger than what's needed with the new BD Latitude Diabetes Management System. The new BD Latitude Test Strips that are used with the system allow you to get an accurate reading with a very small blood sample (0.4 µL). This feature means that you can obtain a blood sample using the new 33-gauge BD Latitude Lancets—the thinnest available. For added flexibility, the BD Latitude Lancet Device allows you to modify the depth setting to get the appropriate amount of blood required for the system.

A very small blood sample—just 0.4 µL—is all that's required by the BD Latitude™ Test Strip. So you can use the new 33-gauge BD Latitude™ Lancet. It's the thinnest lancet available—which means less pain for you.

BD Latitude™ Test Strips allow the system to deliver fast results in just five seconds which means greater convenience for you. Capillary action automatically draws blood into the test area of the strip, so it's easy to use.
