Directions:
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 2 chocolate pieces once or twice daily with a glass of water.
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: take 1 chocolate piece once or twice daily with a glass of water.
Children under 6 years of age: consult a doctor.

If you're not sweet on chocolate then try Ex-Lax pills. With the same active ingredient as Ex-Lax chocolated pieces. Gentle laxative and stool softener for treatment of temporary constipation.
Ex Lax Directions:
Usual initial dose for adults is 2 capsules at bedtime for 1 to 2 days. Thereafter, 1 or 2 capsules daily as needed.
Store Ex Lax at or below 30° C (86° F). Protect from freezing.
