ADULTS
Your dose will be decided by your doctor, based on your particular heart problem and your general health. If you have a serious heart condition, your doctor will start therapy in the hospital, where you can be closely monitored. The usual starting dose is two 275-milligram tablets every 6 hours or one 275-milligram tablet every 6 to 8 hours, depending on the condition being treated. After 2 or 3 days of close monitoring, you will be discharged and may be maintained on this dosage.
