Each tablet provides:
Calcium carbonate 550 mg providing 220 mg of elemental calcium = 22% of the adult nutritional daily value for calcium. Magnesium hydroxide 110mg providing 45mg of elemental magnesium = 11% of the adult nutritional daily value for magnesium. Five tablets provide 110% of the daily calcium needs and 56% of the daily magnesium needs for adults. When used as a nutritional supplement do not exceed 12 tablets per day.
Rolaids Directions:
Chew 1 to 4 tablets as symptoms occur. Repeat hourly if symptoms return, or as directed by a physician.

Rolaids Caution
Do not take more than 12 tablets in a 24-hour period, or use the maximum dosage of this product for more than 2 weeks, except under the advice and supervision of a physician. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.
