Unisom Directions For Use:
Adults and children 12 years of age and older. Take 1 tablet before going to bed if needed or as directed by a physician. In some persons persisting drowsiness may be experienced. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless under the advice of a physician.

Medicinal Ingredients: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50 mg Tablets
Non-Medicinal Ingredients (alphabetically): Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, FD & C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Opadry Solution, Water.

Unisom Caution
Avoid alcohol while taking this product. If sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks, consult a physician. Insomnia may be a symptom of a serious underlying illness. Do not take this product if you have glaucoma, asthma, chronic lung disease, difficulty in urination due to an enlargement of the prostate gland, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking a prescription drug or other medication without first consulting a physician.
