What do busulfan tablets do? BUSULFAN (Myleran(R)) is a type of chemotherapy used for treating chronic myelogenous leukemia. It may also be used as part of the chemotherapy given before bone marrow transplantation. Busulfan may be used in combination with other cancer chemotherapy agents. Generic busulfan tablets are not yet available.
