Q:
Do I need a prescription?
- Yes. A valid prescription that has been written by your attending physician is required for all prescription orders. We can ship up to a three months supply as written on your prescription accordingly. Always ensure that the pharmacy you purchase medication from requires a valid prescription from your doctor. All Over the Counter items do not require a prescription. You may Fax or email a scanned copy of your prescription to us. The fax number is given to you on completion of ordering online or you can phone us at 1-800-545-1106 to order.

Q:
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Web-Checks, Check by mail and Money Orders. There are only two costs. The cost of your medication and a shipping cost per order (not per item).

Q:
What is the cost of shipping?

Prescription items
are charged a $12 shipping fee so that your medication will be shipped with tracking and insurance with a 3 to 8 business day delivery. You are allowed to order a 3 month supply of prescription medicine and unlimited items for this $12 shipping fee.

Non prescription items have an optional $6 for standard air shipping for a 8 to 12 day delivery or you may select express shipping when filling out your order.

For greater savings, all shipping costs are per order, not per item. If your shipment does not arrive within our estimated delivery time telephone Customer Service Toll Free: 1-800-545-1106 for assistance.

Q:
Can your Canadian Pharmacy accept my prescription drug insurance?
- We will provide an official prescription drug receipt for your prescription drug insurance. It is advisable to confirm with your prescription drug plan administrator in advance to see if they will accept our pharmacy receipts.

Q:
Is all of my information kept confidential?
- Yes absolutely... all Patient and Payment information is strictly confidential and viewed only by pharmacy staff. We do not sell, trade, share, or rent your personal information to others.

Q:
What is your return policy?
- Non prescription drug items can be returned if unopened and undamaged. We will exchange prescription drugs in the event of damage or a defect in the prescription drug. Shipping charges will be refunded if the return is due to our shipping error or product was damaged. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.

Q:
Who makes Canadian generic medication and are they safe?
- The generic medications manufactured in Canada are subject to the same strict approval process and regulations as brand name medication. The manufacturers of these generic drugs are large and well-respected companies. They include Apotex, Novopharm and Genpharm.

Q:
Why can't the instant chat operators directly answer my prescription drug related questions?
- Our online instant chat operators offer ordering assistance only. They are unable to give pharmacy consultations.

Q:
Are your prices in US dollars or Canadian dollars?
- All prices appearing on the website are in United States Dollars.

Q:
Why does some medication look different or have different names than the ones purchased from my local pharmacy?
- Firstly, if you are used to Brand Name pills and you have ordered a Generic from us, the pills we send you WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. Generics do not look the same as the Brand Name products, even though they have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT and work in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. A manufacturer may change the appearance of a Brand Name pill. For example, Celexa 20MG is a peach colored pill in the US , yet the Canadian pill is white and a little bit smaller than the US pill. Both pills are Celexa 20MG, both have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT, and both are made by the SAME COMPANY. But, for whatever reason, the manufacturer decided to make the Canadian pill a different color. Lastly, when comparing 2 different Generics, they WILL LOOK DIFFERENT if they are made by 2 different companies.

It is also common for a drug manufacturer to market medication under different names in different countries. (For example Prilosec (U.S.) and Losec ( Canada ), or Augmentin ( U.S. ) and Clavulin ( Canada ).
